Version 1.6 · Effective: 18 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This English version is the authoritative version. Any translation is provided for convenience only.

How to ask about, correct or delete your personal information, and how to raise a complaint.

1. Who can ask

Anyone whose personal information we hold, whether as a user of the Platform or as a person named in a document in a workspace. If your information is in a customer’s workspace, the customer decides how it is used; we will help the customer answer you and, where we can, tell you whom to ask.

2. What you can ask for

  • •To see what we hold about you and receive a copy in a common format
  • •To correct, update or complete it
  • •To delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent
  • •To nominate another person to act for you, and to have your grievance heard
  • •To complain to a regulator: the Data Protection Board of India, or your supervisory authority

3. How to ask, and what we do

  • •Email support@kpiandsla.com with the subject “Privacy request”, from the email address on your account or with a way for us to check who you are. We do not ask for a password or a verification code by email.
  • •We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and to answer within 30 days, or within the period the law requires. For a complex request we may extend this and will tell you why.
  • •We keep a record of each request, the date and the decision.
  • •We may refuse or limit a request where the law allows, for example where it would reveal another person’s information, where a record must be kept by law (such as invoices and Executed Documents), or where the request is manifestly unfounded. We tell you why and how to complain.

4. Grievance officer

Nitesh Walekar, Millennia Technologies, Runal Gateway, Ravet, Pune 412101. Email: support@kpiandsla.com. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days of receiving them. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

5. Children

The Platform is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Platform, write to us and we will look into it and act as the law requires.
