Cookie Policy

Version 1.6 · Effective: 18 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This English version is the authoritative version. Any translation is provided for convenience only.

This policy lists every cookie the Platform sets. We use no analytics or advertising cookies of our own.

1. Hosting cookies (set by our hosting provider)

Our hosting provider sets two cookies on every visit, before sign-in, on the page response itself. Both are HttpOnly.

  • •__emg_vid: a visitor identifier. Lasts 12 months.
  • •__emg_sid: a session identifier. Lasts 30 minutes.

The provider uses them to count visitors and sessions for our hosting dashboard. We do not set them and cannot switch them off; we have asked the provider to disable them for our site. Under its agreement the provider processes identifiers of this kind as an independent controller. Because they are set before our pages load, a banner on our page cannot control them. You can block them in your browser; the Platform works without them. We do not use them for advertising.

2. Cookies we set that the Platform needs

These keep you signed in and protect your account. Without them sign-in does not work.

  • •kpi_access: your sign-in session token. It is valid for about 15 minutes and is renewed while you use the Platform. HttpOnly.
  • •kpi_refresh: renews your sign-in without asking you to sign in again. It is valid for up to 30 days and is removed when you sign out. HttpOnly.
  • •kpi_csrf: protects forms and sign-in against cross-site request forgery. It is not HttpOnly, because the page must be able to read it; it holds no personal information.

3. No analytics or advertising

We do not set analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, we do not currently load third-party scripts or fonts on our pages, and we do not sell or share cookie data for advertising.

4. Your choices

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies the Platform needs will stop sign-in from working. We update this page when we add cookies.
